DIY Day Camp: Accessories!

Attention to all the crafty kids out there! Relume is thrilled to announce our first-ever summer camp series, designed to ignite creativity, teach new skills, and, most importantly, have a blast while doing it. Join us for an unforgettable summer filled with exciting projects, imaginative exploration, and endless fun!

A camp week is Monday-Thursday, with each session being from 9 am to 3 pm. There are three different camps people can sign up for- flower power, accessories, and fiber arts camp. We accept ages 9-14 for all camps and kids will have the option to attend the full week or just individual days. A full camp week costs $300 and each individual day costs $90. 

Small snacks and water will be provided, but students will be expected to bring their lunch each day. 

Here is the itinerary and the dates for DIY Day Camp: Accessories- 

(Session 1: July 15-July 18th, Session 2: August 12th-August 15th)

• Day 1- Day one is all about charms! Participants will make their own charms out of beads, then get to make their own charm bracelet or necklace. 

• Day 2- We will be entering the world of bedazzling and adding some glamor to a pair of sunglasses. We will also be creating unique pieces of art in the form of a tote bag. Students will use fabric scraps to create fun collages and designs on their tote. 

• Day 3- There can’t be summer camp without tie dye. We will be providing bandanas, but feel free to bring any socks or tshirts from home to upcycle. 

• Day 4- For the last day of accessory camp we will be diving into the world of resin. The kids will learn how to properly mix and pour resin and have the chance to make their own jewelry with their resin pieces.
