Retail & Production Assistant (Part-Time)

• Location: In-store & at our studio in Southeast
• Hours: 12-25 hours/week (weekday & weekend availability required)
• Pay: $17.95/hour

We’re looking for thoughtful, detail-oriented Retail & Production Assistants to join the team at Relume. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, thrives in a creative retail space, and is comfortable working both in-store and is also open to supporting in-studio production tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with care and product knowledge
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming shop environment
• Restocking shelves and organizing inventory
• Guiding Craft Cafe activities
• Supporting production tasks at out studio (training provided) - including candle making and other product assembly

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, reliable, and proactive
• Has great communication skills
• Is comfortable working independently
• Can work well in a fast-paced environment
