Retail Assistant (Part-Time)

• Location: In-store (with occasional remote work)
• Hours: 10-25 hours/week (weekend availability is a requirement)
• Pay: $17.95/hour

We’re looking for thoughtful, detail-oriented Retail Assistants to join the team at Relume. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, thrives in a calm and creative retail space, and is comfortable working both in-store and is also open to supporting remote production tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with care and product knowledge
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming shop environment
• Restocking shelves and organizing inventory
• Guiding Craft Cafe activities
• Supporting remote production tasks when needed (training provided)

Remote production tasks involve taking home supplies (provided by us) to complete hands-on projects like making and carding earrings or wrapping books. These tasks are flexible and can be done on your own time within a given deadline.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, reliable, and proactive
• Has great communication skills
• Is comfortable working independently
• Can work well in a fast-paced environment
