We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help!

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also have your order number and proof of purchase handy (you should’ve received this by email or text, depending on your selected receipt option).

For online returns, please reach out to us at info@relume.co. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
